Apple HealthKit Data

If you choose to connect Apple Health (HealthKit), NuJourney may read the following data types: steps, heart rate, active energy burned, resting heart rate, and sleep analysis. This health data is used solely to:

• Display your health metrics within the app
• Adjust nutrition targets based on activity level (Premium feature)
• Provide wellness trend insights (Premium feature)

We do not sell, share, or use your HealthKit data for advertising or marketing purposes. HealthKit data is stored securely and is only synced to our servers if you have a Premium subscription with auto-sync enabled.

Data Privacy

What's Private: Your aura points, achievements, journal entries, nutrition logs, and workout details are private. Gym members cannot see this information.

What's Shared (Gym Members Only): If you join a gym, your name and workout count are visible to other gym members on the leaderboard.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption for journal entries, secure HTTPS connections, and JWT authentication. Your data is stored on secure servers with regular backups.
