NuJourney provides a fitness tracking platform that includes:

• Workout logging and tracking
• Nutrition tracking
• Mindfulness journaling
• Gamification (aura points, levels, achievements)
• Gym community features
• Premium features (with subscription)

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Terms

Free Tier: Access to basic features with usage limits (3 workouts/week, 5 nutrition entries/day).

Premium Tier: Unlimited access to all features for $12.99/month or $119/year.

• 14-day free trial for new subscribers
• Subscriptions managed through website (not Apple In-App Purchases)
• Cancel anytime through your account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Gym Features

For Gym Owners:

• Free gym community pages are provided as-is
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content or gym pages
• You are responsible for managing your gym community

For Gym Members:

• Gym leaderboards display your name and workout count only
• Personal data (aura, achievements, journal) remains private

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or copy our software
• Share false or misleading information

7. Health Disclaimer

NuJourney is not a medical device or health provider. Consult your doctor before starting any fitness program. We are not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from use of our app.

8. Limitation of Liability

NuJourney is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
